Senior Backend Engineer

Design and build the services our clients' products run on: APIs, data flows, and systems that stay up.

What you'll do

• Design APIs and service boundaries that survive changing requirements.
• Build with Node.js or Python on AWS, with infrastructure as code.
• Own performance and reliability: profiling, caching, queues, observability.
• Review code and mentor mid-level engineers without slowing them down.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years backend engineering on production systems with real traffic.
• Deep in at least one of Node.js or Python, strong SQL and data modeling.
• Comfortable owning services end to end, including on-call and incidents.
• You write for the next engineer: clear code, clear docs, clear PRs.
